I was extremely disappointed to learn about the position of an employee/representative of this company. In my opinion, his public statements and expressed views demonstrate support for violence and the loss of human life. I consider such values unacceptable and cannot recommend engaging with a company that allows or tolerates this kind of stance.

I initially came to this office based on a recommendation from a friend who spoke highly of Dr.Sudakov's professionalism and was under impression that I would to finally find a massage therapist who was truly professional. However, my experience fell short of my expectations. Firstly, massage session was shortened to only 50 minutes, despite arriving ten minutes early and waiting an additional ten minutes past my appointment time. This was disappointing and did not contribute to a relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, during the session, the therapist, Rafael, was constantly sniffling and wheezing, which made it seem as though he was either sick or having difficulty performing the massage. This did not enhance the overall experience. Additionally, the therapist frequently broke contact with my body to retrieve oil from a corner of the room, which further reduced the actual massage time. It would have been more time-efficient to have the oil readily available next to the massage table. Most importantly, there was a lack of proper massage techniques employed during the session. Instead, I received harsh random and superficial strokes. As someone who has undergone numerous sessions of both medical-grade and regular massages, I am well aware of the standards and techniques that should be utilized. I immediately informed the front desk staff, specifically Tatyana, about my disappointing experience. However, no resolution was offered at that time. It was only after I submitted my review that I received multiple calls from your office. Considering all of these factors, I declined doctors offer of another session or a partial refund of $60 in exchange for removing my review. I firmly believe that these actions do not meet the standards of a professional establishment. I hope that my review will be helpful to others, preventing them from wasting their time and money.
