I had 4 repair service companies sent out to repair an ice draw on my Ge refrigerator and until Ocean appliance came out it was a no brainer that others were unable to recognize. Damion was amazing. The office staff is curious without attitude and was very knowledgeable which seems to be a rarity these days . I will not call anyone else for any further repairs on my appliances.
Frankie and Dioni are gentlemen. They were able to diagnose my appliance problem and provide solutions through Samsung that solved it. I had a prior appliance company repair our Samsung fridge before them but the problem returned. Thanks to Frankie and D for solving it entirely. ??
I am so grateful I found Ocean Appliances. Before calling them, I dealt with several other companies that were absolutely horrible and couldn't get the job done. It was a nightmare until I found Ocean Appliances on their website.
They were a breath of fresh air. The technician was extremely professional, arrived on time, and actually fixed the problem. What I appreciated most was their honesty—they did exactly what was diagnosed and fixed the specific issue without trying to upsell me or guess at the problem.
