The pool needs cleaning around the tiles. Jacuzzi is a health hazard it's always filthy with scum above the water line. Manager doesn't seem to care. This is a liability and the pool showere do not emit more than a drip of water. This is not acceptable

I've been coming here for about 8 months now at 530AM and it is packed most days; however, this is a showmanship of the quality of the gym. I love it here! Despite heavy crowds I never have to wait for a machine or bench. The lady in front always greets me in the morning and is friendly. It's funny how some of these reviews are negative towards the front desk staff-- there's two sides to ever story- I would say their reviews are only based off one side. She is a good asset to the gym and welcoming. Also, because it is a busy gym there appears to almost always be someone cleaning the gym to keep it in top shape. Yes some weights are out of order but it's the responsibility...read full review

I came in to workout. I had great experience there. Shama took care of me with a guest pass. She have a wonderful customer service. Very respectful, very representative, and very polite. She showed me around the gym. The gym have a lot of stuff to do. Especially when they have basketball court. But overall Shama is great. Thank you Shama
