So I was having issues with my membership and Eva thoroughly researched ways to help me, consulted her manager, and got back to me with a very fair accommodation. As an LA fitness member of almost 10 years now, i’m beyond impressed with her dedication to customer service. She even followed up with me a few days later to ensure me that everything worked out.
I see her doing well in any endeavor she chooses. Thank you! I hope to see you in a management or executive role one day.
This gym has everything I've ever wanted! The equipment is top-notch, the classes are fun and challenging, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I always leave feeling energized and motivated to come back for more!
