I rarely go to hair salons because the stylists don't listen. Jess spent a lot of time asking me questions, showing me pics and making sure I understood what my hair would look like after the treatment. She under promised and over delivered!!!! I LOVE it. Meeting Jess today for the time and after speaking with her and letting her know what I was looking for regarding my hair, she understood and in speaking with Jess and listening to her I felt so comfortable and just trusted her confidence and judgement and simply said I trust you do your thing and she so did.
