This was one of the most healing experiences for my nervous system that I have ever had. I still feel calm, grounded and pain free and it has been weeks since my session. I came to Alejandro to experience Watsu, and to work through my fear response of being underwater. A true master of his craft, Alejandro guided me through a deep process of building trust in my body and learn to feel safe in the water. There’s a skill that he carries that only comes from years of experience, and it’s rare to find someone like this who is local. The space he has created for this deeply restful, transformative work is an added benefit, as the quiet environment helped to support my nervous system to get the rest and recovery I needed. I will continue coming back for more sessions!
