We met Mr Garcia , Who I must say had exceptional knowledge And took Our case With much interest, That was in 2018 After paying him $7,500.00 He accompanied us to several appointments We felt confident and strong with him until covid hit Then he had more work than he can handle and he placed an attorney by the name of guillermo Who did a terrible job With pushing and shoving and many phone calls We were finally able to get an appointment with USCIS
This attorney by the name of guillermo Did a terrible job even called me back and said he didn't like the way I talked to him well after waiting.
7 years I think anybody would be upset. This guy is terrible. He doesn't give a damn about you or what you need. I think he took this case. As a freebie from Garcia because he had no interest in helping us. We called Garcia thinking we're going to speak to the Mac. Daddy of the attorneys his answer to me was. If you don't like the way we're handling it find another attorney. Well, sure you were paid in full. That's why showing 2024 we found a really good. Immigration attorney who has taken it 10 steps further.Than garcia has in seven years
Be very cautious about dealing with them as right now.Garcia's eyes have lit up about money.Could care less about customers.When we first met him, we thought he was the greatest thing next to chocolate milk.But truthfully, he's just another attorney with his hand out.I would not use them for nothing.We are eight years late getting my wife Residential papers because of them, I've heard of these stories.I didn't think we were able to fall into it but we sure did!!!!!!!!!!

A waste of time and money. I paid for a consultation with Callan Garcia regarding a specific visa, and it turns out I knew more about it than he did. Very unethical. If you’re not knowledgeable about a visa, be honest—don’t charge people for nothing.

I paid the U$5.000 is already 7 years and they don’t answer emails or give any report about my case . The only thing they do is ask for fees for any services .
They need to answer emails and explain what is going on with the case .
