I’ve used lifestance in both California and in Florida. I really like that it’s an easy system. My original doctor in California literally changed my life and bc of her my appts in Florida have been very easy and to the point. Even the move all the way across the country was seamless, so for that reason it’s been a really good fit for me personally. I’m busy and prefer telehealth, but I know that’s not for everyone.

Setting up an appointment was easy and the folks on the phone were really helpful. I was given ample time to complete all the necessary paperwork. The time I spent with her was meaningful and I feel like she is invested in my health and success under her care. The telehealth system made it incredibly simple, too.
