They are very knowledgeable and very professional with their business. They take extra time with you if you need it. Carla doesn’t push you toward the expensive Frames. She goes through all the glasses to find you a frame your happy with and looks good on you. I have a small face so it hard to find a frame that looks stylish, but not big for face. I have 5 pairs of glasses so I can switch around.

I love how calm and to the point she is, and she figures it out. My script was a problem when I first came. I had distance issues with nighttime, anxiety issues driving and reading issues with computers. Past doctors were heading towards bifocals in my 40s! until Dr. Jackie. She not only figured out my script but kept away from bifocals. The staff is always polite and friendly and accommodating. They have all styles and budgets to meet your needs with glasses as well from Versace to Bebe to Coach. Adults and children.“
