My husband, son, and I have been going to Dr. Strauss for years. Every time we visit, we get wonderful service. Dr. Strauss is extremely knowledgeable and patient and will try out different glasses and contacts to make sure you have the right prescription. My son and I both had astigmatism and this is not an easy feat! She’s excellent with children, explaining what she’s going to do and puts them at ease. The small screw in my eye glass frame fell out yesterday. I stopped by Staton Optical in Oakwood Plaza, in Hollywood this morning. The amazing eye technician, Cecil kindly replaced my missing screw. And, would you believe, he didn't charge me! We shall be back, Cecil! What excellent customer service....5 Stars!

Happy to have found somewhere to go on a Sunday! Friendly staff welcomed me right in. Exam done by a remote doctor. The technician was very professional and checked in mutiple times to make sure I was ok. Amaya helped me with selecting my frames. Both employees worked well together and double checked my frame measurements. Looking forward to my new glasses.
