The small screw in my eye glass frame fell out yesterday. I stopped by Staton Optical in Oakwood Plaza, in Hollywood this morning. The amazing eye technician, Cecil kindly replaced my missing screw. And, would you believe, he didn't charge me!
We shall be back, Cecil! What excellent customer service....5 Stars!
Happy to have found somewhere to go on a Sunday! Friendly staff welcomed me right in. Exam done by a remote doctor. The technician was very professional and checked in mutiple times to make sure I was ok. Amaya helped me with selecting my frames. Both employees worked well together and double checked my frame measurements. Looking forward to my new glasses.
Amaya was so amazing and helped my daughter by getting her same day glasses as she lost her’s and NEEDS them for school. She went above and beyond. Can’t thank her enough.
