This location always has friendly staff. I travel from far just to come to this location. Irina is my wax lady. I have tried also pick any lady, Also a win win the ladies here do a nice job. I’m always smooth and no bumps thanks to their after wax serum and they make you feel very comfortable. 100% recommend this location

Omg Diana was so amazing. This is my second time at this location and I recommend this place than other locations. Front desk was great and even my person Diana was the best! She was so sweet explain everything she was doing and very mindful. Will be back again soon! Thanks Diana 🫶🏽

I’ve been a member of European Wax Center for years, and today I had a wonderful experience with Diana at the Hollywood location. She was so sweet, incredibly gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable. My brows looked better than ever, and her genuine compliment truly meant a lot. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Diana.
