Dr B is the best. I'm very picky about doctors and this place is amazing. They really care for the kids and the after hours Nurce line is a life saver. I definitely recommend this place.
I like the doctors a lot but the front desk staff is awful and I’ll be finding a new office due to wait times. I have spent 2-3 hours here between the waiting room, the patient room and then visit itself (twice now). When I went to check out the receptionist didn’t say a single word to me as I waited in front of her, she was on the phone and playing with a stapler. I just walked away and went it the front check in and tried to bring up her ignoring me but no one seemed to care.
Again DR Cyrlak is great and very thorough however I guess runs very behind.
Dr. Fernandez and the whole team at The Children’s Medical Office have been amazing with both of my boys. Every visit, they make us feel comfortable, cared for, and never rushed. Dr. Fernandez is always so patient, thorough, and great with kids, and the staff is equally kind and helpful. Thank you to Dr. Fernandez and the entire team for always taking such great care of our family. We truly appreciate you all!
