I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch customer service and professionalism at this facility where I was fortunate enough to be treated by Dr. Charlie Ware. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care. The customer service was outstanding, the professionalism was impeccable, and Dr. Ware's expertise and the recommended medication was simply superb. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

I went into acupuncture with an open mind and I can't believe that I didn't start sooner. I created a list of concerns and realized my list was huge and included fatigue, not sleeping well, groggy, foggy mind, forgetful, overweight, aches and pains. Dr. Ware was not surprised by my list and it seemed like many people have come to him with these same complaints. After one treatment, I felt the knot under my shoulder blade pop and go away, it has been there for some months. I felt like I had higher energy and was in a generally better mood! I highly recommend giving this a go!

I walked into the office in the middle of a global pandemic - 3500 American deaths per day, to discover that no one in this office wears a mask. When asked why, "Dr" Ware told me they get tested regularly and sanitize often. I told them I didn't feel comfortable. Now, I thought for a minute he would have said he would wear one if it made me feel comfortable, but to my surprise, he just said...OK. I said OK then, and walked out. This man is a Healthcare professional, but unfortunately I must use the word professional lightly.

In the midst of a global pandemic with 4300 souls lost just yesterday in the US, I walked into this office and not one person wore a mask or took my temperature. I was appalled. I stayed long enough to ask the "doctor" about this and his response was that they all get tested regularly and they sanitize often. I told him not wearing them was not ok for me. I kind of sat there a moment wondering if he would offer to put one on so that I would feel comfortable. Instead he looked at me, shrugged, and said "OK". So, I got up and left. It really surprised me, especially since I was paying out of pocket. After I got home, I Googled him. This "doctor" was actually arrested in 2011 at his old Hollywood office for practicing without a license. If you'd like to read the article, it was in the Sun-Sentinel.

Dr. Ware is awesome. Always fits me in and manages my many ailments from Sore Knees to back pain and kinks in my neck, through acupuncture and adjustments he gets me back on my feet. Highly recommend him, very professional and gets the job done right.

I strained the ligaments in my wrist. When the orthopedic doctor said I needed surgery I went to Dr. Charlie Ware. I saw him weekly for acupuncture treatments on my wrist and 7 weeks later I am back to normal. He’s the best.
