I've used Mike 2x to clean an area rug. The first time was great... took about 2 weeks to get the carpet back. The soil protection he applied would great and even made liquid pool up on top of the carpet.The second time hired him to clean the same rug. The results were we not the same, liquid (I have a dog) absorbed quickly into the carpet, I even had a double treatment of protection which didn't do anything. I also had him clean a carpeted room with the same protection. That also didn't work.I reached out to him via text about the treatment and he agreed to return to reply new solution to fix the problem.

I had my kitchen and bathroom counters polished and sealed. After a few weeks, stains appeared and the seal was not working. After numerous messages, mike came back to seal the counters again. After only a few days, the exact same issues appeared. The shine was gone and the counters became porous and stained. I contacted mike again via phone, texts and after months of waiting , this company is refusing to come back to fix the damage they did. I am totally ignored and will probably have to find and pay a new company to sand down all the counters and have them sealed with the PROPER seal.
