Terrible, worse customer service possible by Scott, super rude over the phone, gaslighter, and talks overs you, incapable of establishing a dialogue, he doesn't even listen to you. He truly seems like a super unhappy person.

This company, by far is the most professional, easy to deal with and best outcome plumbing company I have used! There pricing is very reasonable as well. Their work on my home has been nothing short of EXCELLENT; the plumbers always cleaned up behind themselves. I don't intend on using anyone else for my home since i have used them. I highly recommend them for any home job, small or large, they will deliver superior results in all areas!

I want to say Thank You to Shannon who I called on a Friday afternoon about a major leak I had coming from the house pipe to my washing machine. Shannon arranged to have Thomas come out the following Monday morning and provide me with an estimate. I then scheduled the work to be done 2 days later on a Wednesday. Thomas and Derrick, both extremely knowledgeable and professional, completed the work plus additional items that I needed to have done. Both men were very clean and helpful. I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing and these two men!
