Started bringing my daughter here when she was younger and Thelma always provided top notch service. I too started having her do my wash, cuts, color and blow outs and she is hands down the BEST! Although I have been going to Thelma for years, I haven't been able to go back in quite awhile, however, I'll definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later. If you want great service, clean and relaxing atmosphere, and beautiful/healthy hair, Thelma should be your pick! :)

I first went to Artcuts for a mani-pedi and quickly progressed to getting my hair done. That was over 10 years ago and Thelma and all the staff remain as talented as they are friendly! Thank you for your great services, affordable prices, and welcoming atmosphere!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
