The most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. While we were still in the waiting room and had not seen a doctor, the receptionist told us our dog would need surgery. She then asked for his records and X-rays that I had already sent, saying she “just didn’t open all the files.
Once we were placed in an exam room, the wait time was excessive and felt completely disrespectful. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism and basic organization. Old school technology and unprofessional staff, would not recommend for your pets.

Not only did they help me and my kitty, but also each of the staff members were very attentive, made sure to answer each of my questions and gave me a lot of information about my cat’s condition so that I can better care for him in a way that I was able to comprehend everything. I trust them to continue to care of my animal companion.
