“I did my due diligence searching for the best, my experienced reputable CRC Certified Residential Contractor for my windows & door replacement, very important as contractors are not all the same. Daly Aluminum was my 4th sitdown and I needed not look any further. Right from my initial phone contact and conversation with mgr Bill Brandt as he was receptive to my needs, situation and importance of the outcome of my project. Bill very knowledgeable really made me feel comfortable. Bill placed me with Vinny who must be if not one of his #1 sales reps whom is no stranger to the business. Vinny answered all questions even after the sitdown as did Bill, I can't thank you 2 enough for making MY stress a SMOOTH process. But wait theres more, Vinny called me to let me know about a rebate per opening for my home project provided by PGT. ? OMG! So happy and looking forward to my install of my PGT impact windows to be safe and energy efficient. Wow! I'll keep you posted. Update; A very professional installation of my PGT Wingaurd windows, & door replacement was clean smooth, picture perfect by installers Cody(lead) & assistant Matt. Followed up by stucco crew around new door framing, awesome work. Even the Inspector was impressed with the workmanship??. LOVE THESE WINDOWS OMG! “I was referred to Casey Cane by a friend because both my kitchen and living room windows leaked during severe storms. I was told they were higher end windows when I bought my condo but they weren't, they were installed poorly, and someone made a botched attempt to fix them. With the winds and rain it brought, Irma put much rain in my kitchen and living room and Casey was able to diagnose the problems quickly. Within a week or so, the new windows were installed. Setting up appointments can be hit or miss considering his receptionist cannot give you any details about setting an appointment or pricing until Mike reaches out to you which I find a bit odd considering the nature of this business. Otherwise, I have had him and or his team out twice now and they have done a serviceable job. Did find it a bit odd that they just showed up to my house this last time without calling beforehand like I was told to make sure I could be there to pay. Luckily, I was pulling in right as they completed the job.“
