“Contracted with Michael Pittman and Son Roofing to replace all of the screws on our metal roof, it is 23 years old. Due to hurricane Idalia and some strong wind storms recently some of the screws had raised up. Michael Pittman and Son Roofing is licensed and insured, which was very important to me as a customer as the pitch on my roof is very steep. We met with Michael and Son, they reviewed the issue of raised screws, made the recommendation to replace all current screws with an improved, slightly larger screw. We approved the quote for the work and was placed on the schedule. Crew worked very efficiently, cleaned up all screws removed, replaced the roof vent boots and caulked all boots against water intrusion. Communications via voice, email and text to keep us updated on the schedule and work being completed was excellent. Trevor Pittman was on site while the screw replacement was being completed. We feel we received an excellent job with the right company for our needs at a very good value. Would continue to recommend Michael Pittman and Son Roofing to others without hesitation. We prefer to support local companies whenever we are in need of replacements/repairs to our home.“
