“I noticed my refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, I called and spoke with Renee. She told me they actually had someone not far from me doing a repair and she would call him and see if he could stop by and look at it for me . He came by in about 1/2 hour he was at my home . He diagnosed my problem. He was very polite and professional! He said that Renee would call me later to let me know how much the part would be and qoute to repair it . I will say they are honest & reliable folks definitely recommend and will definitely use again in the future! Thank you for your quick response!“
