Since prices have increased, it might be helpful to introduce a membership or subscription option for regular customers. For example, offering monthly packages for foot massages could encourage repeat visits. Something like a one-hour foot massage package with options such as:
• 2 times per month – $90
• 3 times per month – $80
• 4 times per month – $145

Another idea could be a loyalty reward system, such as offering a free massage after every five or six visits. Small programs like this often make customers feel appreciated and encourage them to keep coming back.

I would also recommend having staff wear matching scrubs or professional massage attire, along with name tags and closed-toe shoes (for example, Crocs). Name tags are especially helpful because customers often like to request the same therapist they had before, and sometimes language barriers can make it difficult to remember or pronounce names.
