“I’ve been coming to this location for about two years now, and during that time I’ve seen quite a few personnel changes as well as some price increases. Overall, this place has a lot of potential, and I truly enjoy coming here.

As an entrepreneur, I wanted to share a couple of suggestions that might help strengthen customer loyalty and make the experience even better.

Since prices have increased, it might be helpful to introduce a membership or subscription option for regular customers. For example, offering monthly packages for foot massages could encourage repeat visits. Something like a one-hour foot massage package with options such as:
• 2 times per month – $90
• 3 times per month – $80
• 4 times per month – $145

Another idea could be a loyalty reward system, such as offering a free massage after every five or six visits. Small programs like this often make customers feel appreciated and encourage them to keep coming back.

I would also recommend having staff wear matching scrubs or professional massage attire, along with name tags and closed-toe shoes (for example, Crocs). Name tags are especially helpful because customers often like to request the same therapist they had before, and sometimes language barriers can make it difficult to remember or pronounce names.

“I got a groupon for a reflexology foot massage (30 minutes), it was an early walk in , the massage was so good that I decided to get a 60 minutes Swedish massage. And it was really a great massage. The therapist, Bella, very kind and expertly worked on my tight shoulders and back pain. Is a small studio but it offers a serene and calming atmosphere and fair prices. I was happy to leave a good tip based in the massage technique. Bella really used her hands for the massage not like other places that only use the elbows and their arms. I’ve had many massages before, but this was hands down the best massage I’ve ever experienced. Anna was absolutely incredible. I’ve been moving and do a lot of physical work, especially cleaning, so my body was extremely sore—particularly my back and shoulders. Anna immediately found all my knots and sore spots without me even having to say a word. That alone told me she truly knows what she’s doing.

I booked a 90-minute full-body massage, and she went above and beyond. She not only worked through my entire body from head to toe—including my neck, head, and even the bottoms of my feet—but she also stretched me out and helped release deep tension. It even felt like she cracked my back in all the right places (in the best way possible!).

The space was clean and calming, and I felt completely relaxed the entire time. From now on, this is the only place I’ll go for a massage, and I highly recommend asking for Anna. She is truly gifted!“
