AMAZING, amazing Customer Service. In a time where so many businesses are lacking customer satisfaction, valuing the client and providing service in a professionalism and friendly manner, Majestic offered all of the above abs more. I was in desperate need of putting together my moms 80th birthday for the following day after a business I was working with let me down and out with one day to find an alternate and what a breath of fresh air when Janet assured me she’d make it happen. Life saver. Not only did she provide everything I envisioned for the set up, but it was so easy and smooth to get this out together, we had it confirmed in one hour. All I can say is she has what it takes to be successful hence why she’s been in business so long. She won me at hello and all my future business. Stop here, trust me you don’t need to go anywhere else for your event / party rentals. Thank you Janet & Majestic. You gained a customer for life.
