I had a last minute party that I absolutely needed rentals for. All my go to spots were already booked. So I decided to try these nice folks out. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were pleasant, I had high hopes. They were very accommodating to my requests, like dropping off the chairs the day of because I was having a surprise party. In the end everything was fine however I was not happy. The morning of, I called the number to confirm the rentals would be delivered, the person that answered the phone told me she was not the owner but the secretary and the delivery people would be there and to answer the phone when they call me.
