My drain field was shot after 20 years and needed to be replaced.First I would like to thank the office staff, they were always very pleasant to speak with. Steve came out as scheduled and pumped out my tank, certified it and gave me an estimate which was in line with the others. I chose Bonded because of their reviews and I liked Steve, seemed like a straight up honest guy. They had a perk test done, called locates and sent it to permitting. I got a call saying permitting was complete and they were ready to go. The crew showed up about 8:00am and had inspection by 10:30. Steve was amazing. We had a few quotes from a few different companies and started the process with another company. I was put in contact with Steve and had him double check everything. He insisted on doing it a bit differently which would involve me saving a couple grand. Unfortunately that plan didn't work out due to unforeseen circumstances with my property but still managed to save me money, and explained it from start to finish clearly.
