We called to have our septic tank pumped, and they were able to come out the very next morning. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. As someone who doesn’t know much about septic systems, I really appreciated that they took the time to explain the process and kept me informed about what they were doing. As a woman, it was honestly such a relief to be treated with respect and not feel like my questions were being brushed off. They left everything clean, and you would never have known they had been there. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

Chet and Shane did an outstanding job upgrading our 32-year old drain field. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly from start to finish. Liz at the office helped with the permitting, and explained the process, and the work was completed with great care. It's hard to find contractors who are harder working and dependable as Chets. I highly recommend Chet's Septic to anyone needing septic or drain field work. Excellent service and quality workmanship!
