“What can you say about a business that fixes your problem in a minute and doesn't charge a thing? I brought my laptop in because the screen went black. I thought I needed a new screen. Jacques said he has a quick way to check, he connected my laptop to his PC screen, and right away he told me the problem was just a loose power connection, so pushing the connector all the way in fixed the problem.
