Long time small business customer of Ribbit with a simple hardware and software environment. They monitor our system and always respond very quickly to any small issue or questions that might come up. Two weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon we had a power surge/failure and lost a very old server. Claus responded to our Help Desk call almost immediately and he was at our office Sunday morning at 9:30 am to install a temporary server ready for us to run our business on Monday morning. He purchased and installed our new server one week later. It honestly doesn't get any better than that from a key vendor. Amazing customer service.

Outstanding service and pricing. I started out using their services for computer configurations and have progressed to having them do all of our IT needs including the phone system....they are professional, quick and best of all reliable....they are not a switchboard with no soul or brain!.... they remember your issues and work hard to fix the situation.
