From the very first phone call to the last, everything was exceptional. Heather was amazing—she listened to my sister and me, answered every question, walked us through the entire process, and treated us with so much compassion and professionalism.
I love that they are family-owned, and their services and prices are truly amazing. My mom passed suddenly after becoming sick within just a few months, and we were not prepared at all. If it wasn’t for their reasonable pricing, I wouldn’t have been able to do anything beautiful for my mom. They made it possible for us to give her the beautiful farewell she deserved.
Heather made my mom look so beautiful for the viewing, and she was so attentive throughout the entire viewing. She made sure everything was perfect and was there for us whenever we needed anything. We truly can’t thank her enough. ❤
The cremation process also went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. Chris and Rick were wonderful with communication, and Stephen handled picking up my mom from hospice with so much grace and dignity. That was one of the hardest moments of our lives, and we are forever grateful.
