Compasse Pointe was great. I doubt we'd have gotten better service if we'd gone with a more expensive funeral home for basic cremation services. My father and wife passed away within 10 days of each other. My parents had prepaid with Baldwin Brothers years ago. Despite my father passing 10 days earlier than my wife, we received my wife's ashes and death certificates today and still have not gotten my father's from Baldwin Brothers. My mother got my father's death certificates only today. Both my wife and father passed from clear natural causes so there was no difference in their situations.
