“If you are having allergy problems, the salt booth is the place to be! There are many other benefits to the salt room and salt booth. For me, it helps with my chronic sinusitis that tents to lead to an ear infection or bronchitis. The salt booth is like a super concentrated netti pot that breaks through the mucus and knocks out the funk you are trying to get rid of and feel better. I don't know anywhere in the area that has a booth similar to theirs that is as powerful as theirs. “I am a family nurse practitioner, psychiatric nurse practitioner & sexual assault nurse examiner RN. I was rear ended at 60MPH in Seattle over the summer, left w severe post concussion syndrome symptoms, anterior neck bulges, my jaw teeth displaced, vision changes, severe brain fog, tinnitus, balance issues, a stutter, and, predictably head to toe soft-tissue damage and fascia adhesions. My pain has become much less; mobility and balance much improved, and the deep tissue very targeted neck and head work Micheal has been doing has FINALLY given me so much improvement that I have several days in a row of not needing any ibuprofen.
My jaw is a work in progress but amazingly my headaches have nearly stopped, and my brain fog massively improved. I only stutter now when I’m extremely tired w fog near end of my day.
This accident nearly cost me my life, and my career.
I am now seeing so much progress and improvement I am sure I will be able to make a full recovery.
