He took the snake up on the roof and put it down through the vent pipe. He got the clogs cleared. He then went as far as hosing out our shower, where sewage had backed up. “Not sure about all the negative comments other than people who have problems tend to report bad service more than those who receive good service. I have been an ABC member since I was referred by a contractor friend. The tech who came out yesterday had to deal with a huge mess which flooded the toilet, bathtub and the carpet in half of the bedroom. He was busy for awhile but he took care of the problem and did a good job of handling most of the water on the floor. Thank you, David S. for you courteous and professional service.“
