Even though he wasn't able to help me with my problem, he was very friendly and professional, and was able to put me in touch with someone that was able to help me. It is difficult to find good customer service like this, and if I ever do need his services in the future he will have my business.

Ross is a real professional and an excellent person to deal with. He provides fast, reasonably priced, very reliable and especially honest service. I used another locksmith company who are incompetent yet kept my money anyway. I can't recommend Affordable Lock Service enough.
