FANTASTIC COMPANY. Had our whole A/C system with heat pump torn out and brand new unit put in. The guys came and did it so quickly but it was so professional! My husband and I are delighted. Works beautifully. Also the office guys are so kind and professional also. Can't recommend this company enough. Price was right also.

I currently have a monthly service on my yard. My yard is the best looking on the block. If I ever have any issues they are always prompt in resolving it. They recently treated my back yard for bugs that were digging tunnels and they now have them under control. They also treated the inside just to make sure we are bug free. I need to start this review with some context. This is the third tree service I've worked with. The first two did a terrible job and cheated me, so I was nervous about hiring another but they were recommended by a friend. I'm glad I went with Blaze. The booking and estimate process were quick and painless as the owner is extremely responsive to emails. I was amazed that one part of the estimate was the same price another service charged ten years ago, so if you account for a decade of inflation that makes their prices pretty fair. They were also very flexible with scheduling and I didn't have to miss work. This is a small business (vs a big corporate one) but they aren't a two-bit operation. On the day of the job they brought about four or five trucks to this job with about half a dozen workers, and they had top of the line equipment (including one of those cool stabilized crane trucks!). This was not going to be an easy job - there was no convenient access to two thirds of the area they needed to work on and it was between two houses. Nothing got in their way and they managed to get it all done without any trouble or extra charge. What stood out about the work? It was a bunch of little things. 1) The estimate guy wasn't pushy at all and was very attentive. He knows his trees and was pointing out the differences between some of the oaks in my yard. Don't know if he's an arborist but he definitely knows his trees. 2) They arrived early for the work and the foreman let me know when they'd be leaving for lunch so I didn't think they were skipping out on an incomplete job. 3) They were extremely respectful of my property and my neighbor's property: careful where they parked, extreme care in roping down branches, cleaning as they went. They cleared some brush in the way and trimmed back a tree that was encroaching on my roof that wasn't technically part of the job but was inconveniencing them (after asking me if it was ok, of course). 4) They cleaned off my entire roof - all of it - even though only a small portion of it was in the area they were working. Speaking of cleaning, they cleaned *before* they went to lunch so that the yard wouldn't look like a mess during their lunch break. Who does that, right? 5) Payment was a breeze since they use an Intuit e-commerce system. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and polite. Highly recommend.
