I had a wonderful experience with Vicki; she read over all my paperwork prior to the appointment and considered how my facial might need to be tailored to my skincare needs (since I booked online) so we discussed that before even starting.

Once we decided how to proceed, since she also wanted to make sure I was happy with the adjustments, my experience was incredible. Besides the salon space being a relaxing, welcoming, and clean environment, she took so much time and care to gently boost, refresh, and hydrate my skin. You can tell she loves what she does, and she’s incredibly knowledgeable and kind. :)

I just had my first facial with Vicki Bouvier Roberts at Elite Esthetics, and it was truly an amazing experience. Vicki went above and beyond. She didn’t just treat my face, she incorporated her massage therapy skills and took the time to massage my arms and hands while the mask set.

As someone with rosacea, I really appreciated how cautious and intentional she was with my skin, using products and techniques that were gentle yet effective. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and glowing. My skin looked and felt amazing!

Highly recommend Vicki for anyone looking for both expert care and a truly pampering experience.
