“The front desk staff Melina, McKenna and Delaney are absolutely amazing. They made me and the environment feel so welcoming soon as I stepped in the door. They explained everything to me, including how to join and become a member. My massage therapist Micah and esthetician Cali we’re very helpful and were the best of the best. They both explained everything before doing anything. They made sure that I was comfortable as this was my very first time getting a full body massage and a facial. they made the environment so comfortable. The beds were heated to my liking which made my body feel relaxed even more. The whole entire building was very very clean. I loved the cleanliness of every single room they put me in. They offered me refreshments while I waited in the room before beginning. The music and lighting were played softly to my liking. I highly recommend this place and will be returning as a member.“

“Had my first experience at Mode Salon East this past Saturday with Tiffany, and I've gotta say, my hair was absolutely atrocious! I had very low expectations due to how badly my purple hair color and multi-colored roots were, but as you can see, she absolutely nailed it and I left feeling wonderful! Not too many stylists can perform the type of miracles that this beautiful lady did and I just can't thank her enough! I'm new to Gainesville and this was my first salon visit here, I'm glad I made the right choice by coming here! 10/10 Will return! Super friendly staff too, all smiles the whole 5 1/2 hours I was there. Lovely ambience and omg the chair was SO comfortable! After a few hours at work in my office chair, my back is killing me, but half the day in her chair and I felt zero pain or discomfort! These are the little things I pay attention to, and genuinely appreciate in a good quality salon! Bathrooms were nice and CLEAN as well ?

My masseur was Danielle, and this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She is the sweetest , most calm, and intuitive experience I’ve had and she is the epitome of ‘ dynamite ? comes in small packages’. Ashley did my facial and it was phenomenal. She is so sweet and calm and has the biggest, most genuine smile that you can see it in her eyes. She gave me some great advice and a new product to try. I really can’t say enough about this place, everyone that I came in contact with was so nice and pleasant. It may have been my first visit but it won’t be my last.
