I had such a wonderful spa day! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the entire spa was immaculate, with everything I needed for a relaxing experience.
The infrared sauna was fantastic, and my deep tissue massage with Danielle was absolutely incredible! I relaxed in their serene lounge, enjoyed some snacks and a delicious lavender mint tea. The little waterfall in the corner, and gorgeous ambient lighting made the entire experience feel so peaceful and luxurious. I’ll definitely be returning, and next time I’m bringing my boyfriend to enjoy the experience with me!

Danielle is absolutely amazing.
Went in for TMJ pain and she was very accommodating and suggested we focus on only back and above instead of the full body massage I booked thru the website.
I have pretty chronic jaw pain and have tried a few other massage places for relief and nothing compared to Natalie! She did such an excellent and thorough job and even went a little over on time. Definitely the first time I have felt relief like that through massage therapy and would definitely recommend Natalie overall but ESPECIALLY for TMJ / head and neck pain.

I went to West Health Spa for Functional Medicine. Here’s my story and experience with them. I was overweight, tired all the time, having low energy and almost hopeless, thinking that it is just the way it is as a mid 40’s woman. I tried different diets, counting calories, eating less, doing exercises, but nothing worked. As a matter of fact, I was gaining more weight. I went to a “regular doctor” for a check up.
