I went to West Health Spa for Functional Medicine. Here’s my story and experience with them. I was overweight, tired all the time, having low energy and almost hopeless, thinking that it is just the way it is as a mid 40’s woman. I tried different diets, counting calories, eating less, doing exercises, but nothing worked. As a matter of fact, I was gaining more weight. I went to a “regular doctor” for a check up. Had blood exam done, which results indicated that I was just fine. I wasn’t feeling fine at all, though. Went to another doctor who just wanted to put me on Ozempic, which I refused. I am leaving rejuvenated! I bought the ginger breeze summer reset massage + 25 min of infrared sauna. We just moved from a 3rd floor apartment, so this was just what the doctor ordered! I will most certainly be returning. Thank you, Danielle!

Loved my session, Danielle was amazing! She listened to my needs and gave me the best massage I have had in a long time! She immediately found my tension spots and worked them out with care. My back feels so much better.
