Family Practice Associates is highly regarded for its compassionate care and attentive staff. Dr. Bodlak is praised for his excellent bedside manner, informative approach, and humor, making patients feel comfortable and valued. The team, including Dr. Lee Pack, is known for being down to earth and accommodating, as demonstrated by their ability to schedule same-day appointments for new patients. Overall, the office is recommended for its outstanding patient care.
I am very disappointed with the care and communication from this office. Unfortunately, no one ever returned her call before the office closed for the day to not even follow up on the medical concern she has been going to the clic for the last 3 weeks.
When I went to the office to ask for an update, I was met by an older staff member who was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of showing concern or offering assistance, she responded with a smart attitude and essentially said there was nothing they could do and that she didn’t know what to tell us.

Dr. Bodlak has been my family doctor for as long as I can remember. I have seen multiple doctors since moving and nobody compares to the level of compassion/care given from himself, Christy, and the team. Thank you for the continued excellent patient care!
the office people are absolutely awful. They don't understand simple issues and don't take care of payments in the slightest. Our insurance wasn't payed for a year, and they said this office didn't have a payment thing set up. We asked them to do it, they said they'll call back. Never did. Never fixed it. Awful. We all of a sudden got a letter saying we owed money over a year later THREATENING us that we owed them money after Ashley told us not to worry about it. This place is insane do NOT go here please.
