The best exercise/fitness experience I’ve ever had. Shannon customizes teaching for your body and goals, and I always come out of class feeling better than when I went in-and I have health/joint/back issues!

Shannon is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and explains everything so well! If you don’t get it with the first explanation, she will explain it differently until you understand the proper form and breathing techniques. I highly recommend private sessions with Shannon first to get your bearings to then transition into classes.Also, everything is very sanitary and clean!10/10 recommend!

Something Positive From Covid!About the only positive I can think of resulting from Covid is that I now can take Encore Pilates classes remotely! I follow Shannon on Instagram and have often wished I could take her classes. Unfortunately, I’m in NH and she’s in FL so that wasn’t happening….until now! Now I can Zoom her classes and participate from home. So far, I have taken a virtual fascia release class and a virtual Essentrics class and can’t wait to take more.
