Since August, roughly 4 months, I have been going to AXIS and I am humbled and grateful for the amazing trainers here! I spent 45 years building bad habits and ignoring fitness, when I finally had some success on my own I learned that effort without knowledge was causing me to do a lot of work but also harm to my body. Chad and Emily have been amazing unrelenting source of positivity and knowledge, they never make me feel bad having to remind me for the 100th time to stop certain bad habits and posture. Axis Training Studio is the place to train. Emily is a AMAZING trainer. She is always energetic, she brings the energy and you are GUARANTEED to leave every time with a good workout. Ask for Emily you want be disappointed.
