I have been migraines free since 1986!!! I rode not only a horse but, dirt bikes with the guys ip straight walls andtraveling even to ride old wagon trails in the mountains. I surfed, played racket ball, volleyball, and softball. Dr. Suggs used to laugh when I came in and ask what I had been up to....it was always a good story.
One day I came in and Dr. Matthew Richeson had just started practicing.... the offices was packed and I agreed to let him adjust me. Dr.Matthew Richeson was so gentle with his adjustments and did things differently. When I walked back to my vehicle I felt purely high. I felt so good I was afraid to drive! I sat in my expedition for a minute when it dawned on me I didn't feel any pain... not one bit I started crying because pain had become my friend...for the last 16 years. I will tell you it was amazing. It's 2026 now and Dr.Matthew Richeson is still seeing me mostly from falling now😂and injuries I added through the years...more good story's... he keeps those old injuries and new ones in place. I no longer deal with intense pain as my best friend under his care. He is nothing short of amazing. Walking into their office is like being greeted by friends who are happy to see you. There has never been a long wait. You will walk out of their office feeling wonderful moving again feeling years younger.“

Craig Sainz has consistently kept me in top form for the past 10 years. I travel the world teaching and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Every time I return to town, the first thing I do is book an appointment to get adjusted. Recently, after a severe injury, Craig helped me transition from being unable to sit up to excelling in my sport again. With the adjustments, KT taping, and prescribed exercises, I feel not just healthy, but at my peak performance. I highly recommend him.“

“I scheduled a SoftWave treatment for my right thigh. It was hurting so much, I had to sit down often and couldn't stand long. I used to walk 2 or more miles, 5 times a week. But last year I wasn't able to walk because of taking care of my husband. I went to my Ortho doctor and found I had Ileo-sacral problems in the hip, arthritis in the joints, and this was affecting my upper right thigh. It would hurt and cramp. The doctor said my right leg needed to be strengthed and more flexible.So I did PT exercises and flexibility exercises.
