Zack and Manny did an outstanding job installing our new AC.They were very kind to my service dog Freedom.This is sadly my 4 ac in just under 21 years .They did a very professional job even replacing the old AC pad, etc. My neighbors Ac happened to breakdown last night . A separate crew came out, evaluated her AC and got it up and running, which was very important for her because she works at the hospital and is a single mom. My service dog and I are now in a cool house which is a true blessing. I am very appreciative of the work that they did on my home and recommend them to anyone who needs a new ac . I am a veteran and first responder.
Our unit began acting up and needed a minor repair two nights ago. Only being around five years old, we called the original installing company (another local business) due to the fact its still under warranty. After three voicemails with no response, we finally got through only to be told we would receive a call back shortly to collect information. Unsurprisingly, that call never came. My fiancé knew of Charles Berg Enterprises and decided to try his luck with contacting them. Someone immediately answered and said they could be out THAT night if necessary (it was not). Never once did we speak to an automated system. As promised when initially scheduling, we were given a call saying they would be arriving in 30 minutes. Andy and Leo, the two technicians that came were very professional, friendly, honest and ON TIME! Nobody needed to sell a kidney to cover costs, their parts and labor prices were more than fair. If you're looking for a reliable small business who WANTS returning customers and proves that through their work, Charles Berg Enterprises and his employees are the embodiment of that.
