“We hired All Season Room to enclose our lanai this spring (2025). A dear friend who used them a few years ago highly recommended them.
We knew it wouldn’t be cheap to enclose our western-facing lanai, but we wanted it done right. We couldn’t be happier with our finished (CAT III) room. When we got the quote, I was interested in “extras” like high-energy windows, more glass, electrical outlets, and the most efficient HVAC system. It was great to see that any extras we wanted were already included. EVERYTHING was top-notch! It’s a bit eerie out back now because even during heavy rain, it’s so quiet. Even the high-efficiency Mitsubishi celling cassette operates at a whisper.
Every crew (windows, HVAC, and electrical) was fantastic—very careful, polite, and professional. Our project had 7 large windows and two sliders. Every window was framed, caulked, and hung perfectly. We had railings installed on our concrete sun patio, and every post is perfectly plumb, and every railing is level. They used shims and string lines to make sure every foot of the railing was perfect. The HVAC crew made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it.

“Highly recomended company to work for,with the exeption of new managment chris(this shop forman will call anyone thief just because you are trying to replace parts,no experience at all fixing equipment everything for him must be google,handle it to main mechanic on shop and figer out)joe palm(he will always put his 100 years experience on table but they cant figer out how to fix something simple and donne(he will ofert you supervisors positions,this will be done here,there,every where but nothing get done,( all this 3 guys are draging everyone back and foward and promising things will get done and never happen)they will lie to office to put you in trouble and got you terminate with no reason give to you ,but they will sweep the floor with you on office with pack of lies about your job and performance,in my case i was loyalt to this company working and work by book,like i always tell them pick a service and go check dont belive me)some dont like it,got terminated for not comply with help lady on office wich was not part of my job dutys(the new lube supervisor)other then that i challenge owner to go service by service work order by work order last services done and check all filters one by one in work order and i promese you will see who lie.this company lose dedicated people on office and field due to this guys.owner will know the true one day and if he decide to go out there and check and pull filters out,someone will have to explain and will not be me because i was always right.good luck with this guys(new management)and i hope you dont lose more dedicate people that really want to work for you And love global.sincerly 2618“
