“I recently managed a remodel project in which Collins Construction was the General Contractor. As I am still waiting on a final item or two, I am writing this review in assumption that those final items will be received in a timely manner as has been the cadence with the rest of the project.
Joseph and his team did an excellent job with the quality of workmanship and achieving the desired results. Although there were some scope changes and unexpected findings during the first part of the job, Joe and his team were able to pivot to include the additional items and complete them in a timely manner.
Communication was good and overall sufficient, but could have benefitted from a few more photos and regular updates, especially with me managing the project remotely.
Despite few interactions, Mark (I believe he was the superintendent from Collins) seemed like a great and knowledgeable guy from the times we communicated. He was able to direct the crew well, and helped in completing the final punch items identified.
Overall, I have been very satisfied with the work done by Collins, and despite a few learning/growing opportunities related to my specific expectations and needs, I would currently choose to work with them again.“
