“Cindi Quick is the roofing company Energizer Bunny. She made this otherwise typically unpleasant activity (getting new shingles on our roof) almost fun. She talked us through every step of the process and made it simple. She kept us updated on everything going on and what we needed to do, provide, or sign to get all the red tape taken care of. She arranged financing for us that suits our particular situation nicely. She really went "above and beyond" what we expected. She had great attention to detail. She personally went around the house with a big magnet to be sure there were no leftover nails.The guys who actually did the roofing work were meticulous and efficient. They covered everything around the house before starting and cleaned everything before leaving. I watched them working on the roof a bit, and they were a great team that clearly had "done this before."We're confident that in addition to replacing the original worn-out shingles, our small occasional leak will be fixed this time. Other companies had tried to fix it with a few (free) shots of caulking, but they never addressed the root problem, which was now identified and resolved.“
