It was a lovely and relaxing experience! Tina at the front desk helped a lot with the entire booking process and made all the arrangements for my husband’s birthday, she helped organize every detail. We got a couple’s massage and it was fabulous! Sue and Carlos did a great job, it was extremely relaxing and they were polite, explained everything, we felt very comfortable! All the team were amazing, if you are in Orlando or staying at the Omni Hotel at ChampionsGate consider this spa a must!
I have had multiple massages here. They work all your trouble spots and get every knot out. My neck and shoulders feel like melted butter when they are done. They are phenomenal. The ambience and amenities offered are a five star experience.

My massage therapist, Rob, was exceptional. I get massages regularly, and I could tell immediately that he truly understands the body and his craft. His technique was outstanding, and he found exactly the areas that needed attention. The conversation was perfect—friendly and engaging without being excessive, allowing me to fully relax.
