“My first time spa experience was surprisingly amazing. I did not have much expectations here whatsoever but I left super happy! Wow you want to see Carlos for the massage. Just trust me on this one, I am a very picky customer ?. He absolutely made my day with the most relaxing yet very firm CBD massage. Took extra time to give me enough attention as well as to my concerns. Received a complimentary glass of champagne as well. Jacuzzi was a cherry on top. The staff is very accommodating. I’m def coming back!!!“

Soon as I walked in, they offered me a mimosa (you already know I was sold ?) and handed me a robe that ACTUALLY fit the plus size girlies! Shoutout to inclusivity and comfort ??The sauna? Relaxing.The massage with Erica? Chile… she had me knocked out and snoring like I paid extra for the nap ?✨Then came the facial and foot scrub with Amanda, and y’all OUT again. It was so soothing I didn’t even fight it ?. From start to finish, the whole vibe was peaceful, professional, and pampering. Friendly staff, great customer service, and prices that won’t stress you out AFTER you relax. 10/10. I would absolutely recommend ?

“Now located at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista, this spa is a must stop from now on with each visit to Orlando. The staff is exceptional! They are kind, friendly and professional. The packages can't be beat. We were in town for a half marathon and the last time we did one, we were in a lot of pain the days following. Decided to see if a massage would make a difference. Boy did it! The next day I felt great. We got sports massages which really worked our muscles. It hurt so good while I was getting it and I feel fine the next day. Also got an express facial, foot massage (great goodness) and our hands dipped in paraffin which left them so soft. While we waited we could take advantage of a foot massage machine. Can't recommend them enough.“

“I just had my 1st 60min message and for $80 ? !!!Kiki did such an amazing job I feel so relaxed and regenerated. She worked on get my muscles to relax and got most of the knots in my shoulder blades out. Mind you this is kinda of a whole in the wall it’s not fancy by any means but the effort they put in to the message is what gives them a 4 star.
The only thing I would say is after the message allow a 10min quiet cool down. It would probably also help to have music and water sound in the rooms and not the hall way to drown out the noise in the hallway.

From the moment we walked in, the environment was so welcoming! We were offered complimentary drinks and snacks, which was such a nice touch. Helen was extremely professional and truly went above and beyond for me and my sister. We came in around 6pm (an hour before closing) and even though she was working alone, she still took her time with us and finished at 8:30pm without rushing. She did an amazing job—our nails came out beautiful! The prices are also very reasonable; my full set was only $85 and worth every single dollar. We’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be sharing the photos so you can see her amazing work!“

I deal with chronic pain and they're always helpful in focusing on the areas that need it the most, checking in with me throughout the massage, and are always very kind.“

“Got a great deep tissues massage from Hilary and it was amazing. I had a bunch of knots in my shoulders which took a lot of pressure to get out. Truly deep tissue! I got lucky and was able to book a last minute appointment less than 24 hours in advance, which was a relief because I really needed a day to relax. Bonus points was that there was a discount offer happening when I visited which helped cover the gratuity. While there isn't a soaking area the seated area was nice and spacious with the ability to sit indoors and outdoors. There is a sauna that could technically fit two people on the beach, but I think it would feel awkward and cramped. The locker area is relatively small so I just planned my time accordingly. Since it didn't seem to be very busy this was not an issue. They thankfully validate parking which was a relief because due to self parking being at capacity I had to valet. Shout out to Ray who was super friendly when I arrived and left as I was internally stressing about having to pay for valet parking. All in all had a great time and due to the conscience of both booking, location and parking I'll happily go back.“

Jorza was so kind, knowledgeable, fun. She explained the treatment very well and our sessions were enjoyable. I had ten sessions and I lost 3 inches in total. The best thing is that I got used to a healthy lifestyle while doing my sessions. Combining the ultrasound cavitation with exercise and a balanced diet have been very awesome and helpful. “I recently visited the Grand Floridian Spa for a massage, and while the treatment was excellent, the check-in and check-out process was a bit chaotic. The spa itself is charmingly unimposing, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The massage was top-notch, delivered with great skill and professionalism. However, the front desk seemed disorganized, and I even saw a cashier chase after a guest who walked out without paying. Despite this, the overall experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. With improved administrative processes, this spa could be exceptional.“
