“My first time spa experience was surprisingly amazing. I did not have much expectations here whatsoever but I left super happy! Wow you want to see Carlos for the massage. Just trust me on this one, I am a very picky customer ?. He absolutely made my day with the most relaxing yet very firm CBD massage. Took extra time to give me enough attention as well as to my concerns. Received a complimentary glass of champagne as well. Jacuzzi was a cherry on top. The staff is very accommodating. I’m def coming back!!!“

Soon as I walked in, they offered me a mimosa (you already know I was sold ?) and handed me a robe that ACTUALLY fit the plus size girlies! Shoutout to inclusivity and comfort ??The sauna? Relaxing.The massage with Erica? Chile… she had me knocked out and snoring like I paid extra for the nap ?✨Then came the facial and foot scrub with Amanda, and y’all OUT again. It was so soothing I didn’t even fight it ?. From start to finish, the whole vibe was peaceful, professional, and pampering. “Now located at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista, this spa is a must stop from now on with each visit to Orlando. The staff is exceptional! They are kind, friendly and professional. The packages can't be beat. We were in town for a half marathon and the last time we did one, we were in a lot of pain the days following. Decided to see if a massage would make a difference. Boy did it! The next day I felt great. We got sports massages which really worked our muscles. It hurt so good while I was getting it and I feel fine the next day. Also got an express facial, foot massage (great goodness) and our hands dipped in paraffin which left them so soft. While we waited we could take advantage of a foot massage machine. Can't recommend them enough.“

“I just had my 1st 60min message and for $80 ? !!!Kiki did such an amazing job I feel so relaxed and regenerated. She worked on get my muscles to relax and got most of the knots in my shoulder blades out. Mind you this is kinda of a whole in the wall it’s not fancy by any means but the effort they put in to the message is what gives them a 4 star.
The only thing I would say is after the message allow a 10min quiet cool down. It would probably also help to have music and water sound in the rooms and not the hall way to drown out the noise in the hallway.

“I was able to get an amazing price through Groupons to do the ultrasound cavitation. I never even considered it until I did some research because I was having a hard time losing weight. Jorza was so kind, knowledgeable, fun. She explained the treatment very well and our sessions were enjoyable. I had ten sessions and I lost 3 inches in total. The best thing is that I got used to a healthy lifestyle while doing my sessions. Combining the ultrasound cavitation with exercise and a balanced diet have been very awesome and helpful. “Marvelous Pampering Experience! The Relache Spa is upscale and elegant with a professional and kind staff. Ms. Nubie is a skilled pedicurist who has magical hands. I had the ultimate experience ... the spa massage chair was comfy and had hot pulsating water that my feet soaked in for an hour! Ms. Nubie carefully manicured each nail and scrubbed and massaged my feet and legs then wrapped them in hot towels. She painted each nail as if she was an artist! I walked out of the SPA feeling like a movie star! What a wonderful wellness afternoon!“

From the moment we walked in, the environment was so welcoming! We were offered complimentary drinks and snacks, which was such a nice touch. Helen was extremely professional and truly went above and beyond for me and my sister. We came in around 6pm (an hour before closing) and even though she was working alone, she still took her time with us and finished at 8:30pm without rushing. She did an amazing job—our nails came out beautiful! The prices are also very reasonable; my full set was only $85 and worth every single dollar. We’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be sharing the photos so you can see her amazing work!“

“We have stayed at this location many times over the last 10 years. It never fails to be amazing. Everyone, from the restaurant and bar staff, to the front desk spa and valet , are on point. Professional, accommodating and eager to please. Just an example, I called ahead for a spa service on our last visit and couldn’t get a hold of the spa. Somehow, I got connected to the concierge. She not only listened to my request, gave me the normal spa hours to call and then followed up with a return call a half hour later to tell me that the spa had had to close early that day, for some particular reason and told me there was availability for the service and day I was inquiring about and gave me a time to call back the next day to book it. We LOVE this location and can’t wait for a return trip.“

Give it a shot!“
