She also takes time to consider client sensitivities and allergies - in my case, she uses sugar to neutralize the chemistry of bleach and toner, which makes all the difference.
Sarah's techniques are both skilled and artistic, whether she's using tint brushes and foils or a freehand balayage method. Afterward, she applies toner to refine the color and achieve the perfect shade, leaving hair beautifully balanced.
