“I have gone to gyms on and off over the past several years but M3 is different in every way. My first session with coach Sean Carey was more than 4 months ago and it started off as a conversation about my goals and what I was looking to get from M3. He asked about what I thought my limitations were, any injuries that would keep me from achieving those goals. He then proceeded to build a starting workout for me and over the next several months pushed what I thought were my limits and has helped me see the gains from all the workouts. Sean isn’t just a trainer, he takes time to listen and helps guide you towards a healthier you by giving advice on eating the right foods for getting the proper nutrients to keep you fueled to burn off the fat stores. I am extremely glad I was paired with Sean. All the other trainers are great as well, they are all very friendly and are probably just as good in their own ways. We will be signing up for more sessions and i will continue my path with Sean to my goal of a healthier weight and more toned physique.“
