Went here while on vacation to get checked out for an ear infection. Went right when they opened and was out with my prescription by 8:30. Sherry Chandler was great and clear with her diagnosis of me.
I brought my son in for ear pain and a sore throat, which ended up being strep throat! Sherry was nice and quick. The nurse Mary was amazing, even when my son sneezed and had a chunk of snot come out š¤¢, it was gross but she handled it professionally without making him feel embarrassed.
The office was clean and welcoming. The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful.
All the stars Iām giving are for the staff ā everyone was nice and professional. At the front desk, I was told the wait would be about 45 minutes, but unfortunately it ended up being over an hour and a half. Then a kind nurse took me to the room, and I waited another 15 minutes for the doctor. She was friendly and apologized for the wait.
I spent over two hours in the office just to get a migraine shot, which was unfortunately much too long. Patients should be informed upfront more honestly about the wait time. That said, kudos to the staff ā they were friendly, and the place is brand new and clean.
