I’m truly disappointed to see that this clinic has quite a few negative reviews. I had an excellent experience here yesterday August 2nd 2026. All the staff I interacted with were kind and respectful. I really felt that my concerns were taken very seriously by Dr. Rachel Caudle. She didn’t make me feel rushed or dismissed at all. She is an attentive and compassionate provider. I really appreciate that she emphasized and encouraged me to seek further care if my symptoms did not improve rather than just sending me on my way. She deserves lots of flowers. The clinic was also clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable and welcomed here.
It’s been about a month or so that my family and I came to Fort Walton Beach for family vacation from Dallas and things would always come up that I never had the chance to write this review but I told Sherry I would right a review about our experience here so here I am. We all know how important it is to receive great medical care when we're sick and feeling vulnerable. Unfortunately, that's not always the experience we have. But this place was truly 10/10. I couldn't leave without writing a review. The provider who treated me was amazing, and the medical assistant was just as kind, professional, and caring. The entire visit was fast, efficient, and handled with genuine compassion. Thank you so much! I only wish every healthcare experience could be like this one.
