“I’m truly disappointed to see that this clinic has quite a few negative reviews. I had an excellent experience here yesterday August 2nd 2026. All the staff I interacted with were kind and respectful. I really felt that my concerns were taken very seriously by Dr. Rachel Caudle. She didn’t make me feel rushed or dismissed at all. She is an attentive and compassionate provider. I really appreciate that she emphasized and encouraged me to seek further care if my symptoms did not improve rather than just sending me on my way. She deserves lots of flowers. The clinic was also clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable and welcomed here.”
